Seheron
PakistanWe're a game and app studio that fell into build pipelines because shipping shouldn't depend on one engineer. Every team we've worked with had the same problem: one person who understood the build, and everyone else who hoped it wouldn't break.
Seheron ships its own titles — Pro Golf: Real Cash is live on iOS and Android — and builds the game development, LiveOps, and release systems other studios run on. The goal isn't to replace engineers. It's to let them build games instead of babysitting infrastructure.
We're based in Pakistan and work with studios worldwide. Timezone flexibility is built into how we operate — we've shipped for teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Pro Golf: Real Cash
A competitive golf game built in Unity, shipped across iOS and Android. It's where we learned build pipelines the hard way — managing weekly updates, platform-specific builds, and App Store compliance. It's the foundation of the systems we now offer to other studios.
Engagement shape
Every engagement starts with a scoped assessment — a fixed-price deep dive into what you need, whether that's a title, a system, or a pipeline. From there, we work on a project basis with a fixed scope and timeline. No open-ended retainers unless you want ongoing stewardship.
AI in our workflow
We deploy AI agents alongside every pipeline and system we build — handling log triage, flaky test detection, dependency monitoring, and alert routing. They don't replace human judgment — they surface the right information to the right person, fast. We use them in our own work daily.
What we don't do
We don't do security audits, network architecture, or backend systems outside of what our titles and pipelines need. Our focus is Unity development, LiveOps, and build/release engineering. That's it.
