Ali Zulqernain
Lahore, PakistanI'm a Unity developer and CI/CD engineer who fell into build pipelines because I was tired of being the bottleneck. Every studio I worked with had the same problem: one person who understood the build, and everyone else who prayed it wouldn't break.
Seheron exists to solve that. I rebuild pipelines so they run without a human in the loop — augmented with AI agents that monitor, triage, and surface failures before they reach anyone's inbox. The goal isn't to eliminate engineers. It's to let them build games instead of babysitting CI.
I'm based in Lahore, Pakistan, and work with indie studios worldwide. Timezone flexibility is built into how I operate — I've shipped builds for studios across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Pro Golf: Real Cash
A competitive golf game built in Unity, shipped across iOS and Android. This project is where I learned build pipelines the hard way — managing weekly updates, platform-specific builds, and App Store compliance. It's the foundation of everything I teach studios today.
Engagement shape
Every engagement starts with a paid audit — a fixed-price, 3–5 hour deep dive into your pipeline. You get a prioritized report with estimated effort for each fix. From there, I work on a project basis with a fixed scope and timeline. No open-ended retainers unless you want ongoing stewardship.
AI in my workflow
I deploy AI agents alongside every pipeline I build. These agents handle log triage, flaky test detection, dependency monitoring, and alert routing. They don't replace human judgment — they surface the right information to the right person, fast. I use them in my own work daily.
What I don't do
I don't write gameplay code or build game features. I don't manage cloud infrastructure outside of CI/CD. I don't do security audits, network architecture, or backend development. My focus is narrow — build pipelines, deployment, and AI-augmented monitoring. That's it.
