This Privacy Policy describes how Seheron Studio (“Seheron Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you play our games and apps (the “Games”) or visit our website at seheron.com (the “Site”). It also explains the rights and choices you have regarding your information.

By using our Games or Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Games or Site.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all games, apps, and other products published by Seheron Studio, as well as to the Seheron Studio website. Our Games are distributed through third-party app stores (such as the Apple App Store and Google Play); your use of those stores is also governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

  • Account and profile information. If a Game offers accounts, sign-in, or online play, we may collect your username, email address, and profile details (such as a display name or avatar). You may be able to sign in using a third-party service (such as Apple, Google, or Facebook), in which case we receive basic profile information from that service.
  • Communications. If you contact us for support or with feedback, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.
  • Purchases. When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by the app store; we receive confirmation and limited transaction details, but not your full payment card number.

Information collected automatically

When you use our Games or Site, we and our third-party partners automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device and technical information — device model, operating system and version, language, country/region, app version, and unique device or advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID).
  • Gameplay and usage data — in-game events, levels reached, features used, session length, and similar analytics.
  • Crash and diagnostic data — crash logs, error reports, and performance data that help us fix bugs and improve stability.
  • Approximate location — we may infer your approximate location (such as country or city) from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — our Games and Site may use cookies, local storage, and SDKs to operate, remember preferences, measure usage, and serve advertising. Our Site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) for aggregate visitor statistics.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • operate, maintain, and provide our Games and Site, including accounts, multiplayer, leaderboards, and saved progress;
  • process in-app purchases and deliver the content you buy;
  • measure and analyze usage so we can improve gameplay, fix bugs, and develop new features;
  • display and measure advertising, including personalized ads where applicable;
  • diagnose crashes and maintain the security, integrity, and performance of our Games and Site;
  • respond to support requests and communicate with you about updates or changes;
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

Legal bases (EEA/UK users). Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Games you request), our legitimate interests (to improve, secure, and promote our Games), your consent (for example, for personalized advertising where required), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

4. Advertising and Analytics

Our Games may display advertising provided by third-party advertising partners, such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and ironSource. These partners may use device and advertising identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, including personalized (interest-based) ads where permitted.

We also use third-party analytics and crash-reporting tools — such as Unity Analytics, Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics), and GameAnalytics — to understand how our Games are used and to improve them.

Your advertising choices:

  • On iOS, you can control whether apps may request to track you and access the IDFA via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (App Tracking Transparency). Where required, we will ask for your permission before tracking.
  • On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization via Settings → Google → Ads.
  • These controls let you limit interest-based advertising. You may still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers and partners — with the advertising, analytics, hosting, and payment-processing providers described in this policy, which process information on our behalf or, for advertising, as independent controllers.
  • App stores — Apple and Google process in-app purchases and provide the platforms through which our Games are distributed.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Seheron Studio, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Some sharing of identifiers and usage data with advertising partners for interest-based advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain U.S. state privacy laws (such as the CCPA). See “Your Rights and Choices” for how to opt out.

6. In-App Purchases

Our Games may offer optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by the relevant app store (the Apple App Store or Google Play); we do not receive or store your full payment card details. Purchases are subject to the app store’s terms and refund policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our Games and Site, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Games are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete it.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

EEA / UK (GDPR). The right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data; the right to data portability; the right to object to processing (including direct marketing); the right to withdraw consent; and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California and other U.S. states (e.g., CCPA/CPRA). The right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; the right to access or delete your personal information; the right to correct inaccurate information; the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

10. International Data Transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and we and our service providers may process your information in countries other than the one in which you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, within a Game or on our Site). Your continued use of our Games or Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
