Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the games, apps, and other products published by Seheron Studio (“Seheron Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (the “Games”) and the Seheron Studio website at seheron.com (the “Site”). By downloading, accessing, or using our Games or Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Games or Site.
Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. Eligibility
Our Games and Site are intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use our Games and Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are permitted to use our Games and Site under applicable law.
2. License to Use Our Games
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use our Games and Site for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree that you will not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Games or Site;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
- use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or other unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the Games;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related or technical features of the Games or Site; or
- use our Games or Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
3. Accounts
Some Games may allow or require you to create an account or sign in through a third-party service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts as described below.
4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases
Our Games may offer virtual currency, virtual goods, and other items (“Virtual Items”), as well as paid in-app purchases.
- Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the Games, except where required by law.
- We grant you a limited, personal, revocable license to use Virtual Items within the relevant Game; you do not own them.
- All purchases are processed by the applicable app store (the Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store’s terms and refund policies.
- Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final and non-refundable.
- We may manage, modify, regulate, or remove Virtual Items, and may change prices, at any time.
5. User-Generated Content
If a Game lets you create or share content (such as a username, profile, or messages), you are solely responsible for that content and represent that you have the rights to share it. You grant Seheron Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Games. You must not post content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or that violates the rights of others. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Games and Site — including all software, artwork, characters, audio, text, trademarks, and logos — are owned by Seheron Studio or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, these Terms do not give you any right, title, or interest in our Games, Site, or related intellectual property.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Games and Site may include advertising, links, and integrations with third-party services (such as ad networks, analytics providers, and app stores). We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms and policies. How we and our partners handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Games or Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a Game or service. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the relevant Game or Site. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers
Our Games and Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Games or Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seheron Studio and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our Games or Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Games or Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seheron Studio and its partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our Games or Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts located in Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, within a Game or on our Site). Your continued use of our Games or Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
